Unless we say otherwise, the text, photographs, artwork, logos, sermons, and design on this site belong to Mountain Springs Calvary Chapel or are used by us with permission. The Mountain Springs name and logo are ours. Sermon recordings are shared through YouTube, and their use is also subject to YouTube's own terms.
You may quote or share our teaching content with attribution to Mountain Springs Calvary Chapel. If you would like to use anything from this site more widely, please just ask; we are usually glad to say yes.
When you send a message, a question, or a prayer request through this site, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to read it, store it, and act on it so that we can respond to you and pray for you, as described in our Privacy Notice.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you are asking us to email you, and you can stop that at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. Subscribing is never a condition of contacting us or of attending.
Please make sure that what you send is truthful, that it is yours to send, and that it is not abusive or unlawful. We may decline to respond to messages that are abusive, threatening, or sent in bulk.
This website is not a crisis service and it is not monitored around the clock. If you are in danger or facing a medical emergency, please contact the emergency services (911 in Mexico) or go to your nearest hospital rather than using this form.
Donations are not processed on this website. When you choose to give, you are taken to Church Center, a service operated by Planning Center, and your payment details are entered on their secure system. We never see or store your card or bank information.
Gifts to the church are voluntary and are generally not refundable, though if you make a mistake such as entering the wrong amount, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to put it right. Donations are used at the discretion of church leadership to support the ministry of Mountain Springs, including the work of the Cabo campus. If you would like your gift directed to a specific purpose, please contact us first so we can confirm what is possible.
Because the church is registered in Canada, the tax treatment of a gift depends on where you are resident and on the rules that apply to you. Please contact us if you need to know how your gift will be receipted before you give.
This site links to and embeds services run by others, including Google Maps, YouTube, Church Center, and our social media pages. We include them because they are useful, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. Once you follow a link away from this site, that company's terms and privacy policy apply.

We work to keep service times, locations, and event details correct and current, but details can change, sometimes at short notice. Event information on this site is drawn automatically from our church calendar. If something matters to your plans, please contact us to confirm before travelling.
We provide this website as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Any dispute relating to this website or these terms will be dealt with by the competent courts of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, and you and we both agree to those courts, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a matter before the consumer protection authority.
